A Site is a group of one or more Modules that share a master configuration file.
Typically, a web site (in the general sense) will have one Baldrick Site installed upon it. Users will see the Site as a cohesive whole. Multiple Modules might exist within the site - message board, user preferences control panel, photo gallery, blog - and users will navigate between them. These sites might come from different authors; but if they share a common visual style this might not be evident to the user.
